Rody Moreira is the President/CEO and co-owner of Accessories Direct International USA, Inc. He is married and a father of four lovely children. Rody immigrated from Ecuador in 1989 and began working at age 17 to help feed and support his mother and siblings while finishing his studies at night. Rody began his career in the fashion industry with Optima Textiles, a family-owned business, and was later hired as a shipping clerk for another family-owned business, Shirt Accent. It was in this position that Rody learned firsthand how to multi-task as he managed several factories with over 1,800 employees. After a stint as production manager at Tommy Hilfiger, he joined Concept One Associates, where he was eventually promoted to VP, sourcing and production. By the time he left Concept One, he had helped the company grow to over 90 million dollars in revenue. In 2007, Rody joined Accessory Network where he was quickly promoted to Division Head and was responsible for overseeing design, sales, and production. Through swift, intelligent decisions in personnel, product, and factories, he raised his division to the most profitable in the company. As a member of the management team, he learned how to interact with customers, and worked closely with sales and design to bring trend right product to market.

In 2009, with a vast wealth of knowledge acquired from past experiences, Rody and his close friend Alberto Rosenthal opened their own company, Accessories Direct. Since the company's inception, Rody has consistently assembled a dedicated team of professionals who are helping him build one of the premier accessories companies in the USA. Under his guidance and leadership his company has doubled its revenue each year in business.

In addition to serving as CEO of his company, Rody is very passionate about giving back to the community. He is involved in several different charities helping underprivileged soccer youth achieve their goals. He also has forged a strong relationship with the professional soccer team NYCFC and spearheads a program in which the club donates supplies to various charities.​
