Sarah McMullin is a dynamic and accomplished executive with a proven track record in the apparel & accessories industry. Currently, she serves as the Vice President of Product Operations for Apparel & Accessories at Target, where she leads strategic initiatives for Target’s owned brands. 

Sarah’s Apparel & Accessories career spans over 30 years, primarily at Nike, where she culminated her journey as the Vice President of Apparel Product Creation. Her extensive career experiences took her across the globe, residing in the Philippines, Indonesia, Taiwan and Hong Kong where she led teams supporting manufacturing, raw materials and development. 

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Sarah is dedicated to making an impact beyond the corporate world.  She serves on the advisory board at the University of Delaware’s Department of Fashion and Apparel Studies, leveraging her expertise to guide the future of fashion education.  Additionally, she is an active board member at the Highpoint Center for Printmaking, where she contributes to the vibrant world of printmaking arts. 

Outside of career and board commitments, Sarah is an avid runner and sprint triathlete, always pushing her limits. To quench her thirst for travel and curiosity about cultural differences she explores at least one new country a year.  She finds great fulfillment spending quality time with her family when she can actually get them together in one place. ​
