Biography

Jena Tracey is a 2008 Graduate from Philadelphia University, with a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising. Jena is the General Merchandise Manager for Urban Outfitters Home, Tech and Beauty Divisions. Jena manages a team of over 40 merchants and supports them in their cross functional relationships and curation and ranking of assortments. Jena has been with Urban Outfitters since 2007 where she began as an intern in the photo studio all the way thru the buying structure in various capacities and departments. Jena has led various growth initiatives, special projects and market directives throughout her time with UO as well. Jena currently lives in Haddonfield, New Jersey with her husband and 2 rambunctious boys Theo and Bennett.
