  • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise the costume production and wardrobe staff with emphasis on leadership planning, scheduling, budgeting, communication, and professional practices.
  • Liaise between costume designer, director, stage management, production staff and contract artisans to execute the costume production with emphasis on the integrity of the design, and within the design budget.
  • Develop and Maintain professional relationships with regional theatres, designers, artisans, and independent contractors.

  • Research period and character development to create and execute costume designs in collaboration with directors, designers, actors, artisans and costume shop personnel.
